1. Death Count System and Curse
The Black Mage provides a base of 12 death counts. Due to the curse mechanic, death counts can disappear in an instant. The curse occurs when you are hit by the Creation Curse and Destruction Curse consecutively.

2. Creation Curse and Destruction Curse
Creation Curse: Recovers 4% of HP/MP per second for 6 seconds, decreases final damage by 10%, generates flames. Destruction Curse: Increases final damage by 10% for 6 seconds, increases damage taken by 15%, seals potions. When a curse occurs, 1 death count is consumed, 30% damage is taken, and skills are sealed for 5 seconds. If you are hit by the opposite curse when your health is below 30%, you die instantly after consuming 2 death counts. When a curse occurs, use Panacea to remove the skill seal.

3. Pre-battle Checklist
Level 273 or higher (100% damage applied) Arcane Force 1320 or higher (100% damage applied), supplement with event/PC cafe medals if lacking. Bishop (for improved survivability) Will skill (to avoid curses), Panacea (to remove skill seal) Invincibility skill (essential for dealing with certain patterns), Dashing/evasive skills (to avoid patterns)

4. Phase 1 Strategy: Aeon and Yalda
Designate Origin skill order and binders before entering (bind Aeon and Yalda simultaneously). 3 seconds after entering, use Origin skill when one of them disappears, then link with bind. Use bind again when 91 seconds remain. If the first burst fails, turn on Fountain and wait for the burst cooldown before retrying.

5. Phase 2 Strategy: Black Chains
Be careful of the Black Chains pattern (causes Destruction Curse). Avoiding Nox Sphere, Diagonal Lines, Potatoes, and Ground Break patterns is important. Upon entering Phase 2, Black Chains will appear 3 times, followed by Darkness, then Fountain installation. Nox Sphere: Avoid the red thorns, utilize the invincibility zones at both ends. Diagonal Lines: Fall from right to left, classes with dashing skills prevent ground break transformation, evade with Blink/Jump. Potatoes: Avoid by walking or using a dash skill, disappear immediately when using a dashing skill. When Diagonal Lines, Potatoes, and Nox appear simultaneously, use Will and then Fountain, use invincibility skill if not at full health.

6. Phase 2 Strategy: Lightning Pattern
Identify the location by looking at the Black Mage's hand shape (right/left/center). If outside the area 1 second after lightning generation, use invincibility skill. Pattern ends after shield generation, burst timing.

7. Phase 3 Strategy: Knockback and Authority
After entering, the diagonal line ground break pattern starts, guide it to the right. Knockback timing (approximately every 3 seconds), knockback causes stun and Creation Curse, avoid lasers. Stop dealing damage and repeat lying down/standing up to induce knockback. Be careful as the chance of getting hit by a laser increases during knockback after the absorption pattern. Be careful of blue lasers (low damage taken) and pink lasers (50% damage taken), use invincibility skill if they overlap. Ground Break pattern: Evade by jumping (use Blink for Authority). Authority pattern: Lower Authority (Rope/Blink/Infinite Jump), Upper Authority (Underneath the large platform/Invincibility skill/Dark Sight) Be careful of the platform explosion damage and curse after Authority.

8. Phase 3 Strategy: Authority Pattern Solution
Lower Authority: Move onto the platform with Rope Action, Blink if it fails, Infinite Jump upwards. Upper Authority: Avoid under the large platform, jump upwards when small platforms touch meteorites, utilize invincibility skill, Dark Sight. Be careful of the risk of curse due to the combination of platform explosion damage and Creation Curse after Authority.

9. Phase 4 Strategy: Black and White Game
A white barrier is created around the character, change the color with the gather key (except for Bishop/Phantom, maintain black). Avoid everything except black, 10% damage taken (utilize Fountain). Machine Gun pattern: Evade by creating distance and using Blink. Map pattern: Explosion damage (be careful of white, 50% damage taken), Authority (instant death, maintain black line, use Will and change to white if there is none). Use invincibility skill during Origin and move to the center of the Black Mage. When the bind is released, deal damage while moving backwards.
