G2 'Hans Sama', "Losing always sucks... Will prove it at EWC"
G2 Esports' ADC 'Hans Sama' analyzed the reasons for their defeat in a post-match interview after their 3-0 loss to FlyQuest in the Lower Bracket Round 1 of the MSI 2025 Bracket Stage, and shared his determination for the next international tournament.

'Hans Sama' expressed deep regret about today's match, saying, "It feels miserable, and our performance wasn't good either." He frankly assessed that the entire tournament was "disappointing." He analyzed the reasons for the defeat, saying, "I think the ban/picks themselves were okay, but we were less prepared to fight compared to our opponents. We started each teamfight without confidence and felt a lot of pressure throughout the game."
Regarding the biggest takeaway from this tournament, 'Hans Sama' self-evaluated, "We didn't practice enough." He emphasized the need for more effort, saying, "The plays we needed to make at crucial moments didn't work out, and no matter how hard we tried and felt we had grown in the regional league, the results weren't visible." He added that trying new champions wasn't enough.
Regarding his determination to prepare for the upcoming EWC (Esports World Cup), 'Hans Sama' stated, "I think we need to mentally reorganize a lot." He said that the team members need to share their thoughts with each other a lot, and concluded the interview by vowing, "Since there is another international tournament called EWC left, we have an opportunity to prove ourselves by taking this chance. First, we need to mentally sort things out and then decide what to do."
