CTBC Flying Oyster (CFO)'s mid-laner 'HongQiu' expressed his disappointment in a post-match interview after their MSI journey ended with a 1-3 loss to AL in Round 2 of the MSI 2025 Bracket Stage lower bracket, but also stated that he learned a lot through this tournament. He vowed to show a better performance at the upcoming Esports World Cup (EWC) based on his MSI experience.

'HongQiu' honestly revealed his feelings about today's match, saying, "I'm disappointed because I could have done better, but I played so poorly." However, regarding the praise from Korean fans about CFO's potential, he expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you for seeing us in such a positive light. I hope we can do better in the future."

Regarding the match against AL's mid-laner 'Shanks', 'HongQiu' said, "I think 'Shanks' is a very strong player." He added, "His laning is good, his champion pool is wide, and his game understanding is very high." When asked where he thinks 'Shanks' ranks among the mid-laners he met at this tournament, he cautiously predicted, "I don't remember how many mid-lane players there are in this tournament. But 'Shanks' is good, so I think he's about 3rd or 4th."

Regarding his determination to prepare for the upcoming EWC, he said, "I hope we don't get discouraged by today's result and do well when we go there." When asked what he gained the most from participating in this MSI, he emphasized the importance of international tournament experience, saying, "I'm happy because I learned so much from fighting against many strong teams seeded 1st and 2nd in various leagues." Finally, 'HongQiu' concluded the interview by vowing, "I will work harder and show you good results."
