We plan to visit Incheon Sangsang Platform for the Eternal Return 2nd Anniversary Festival and introduce various content. We will collaborate with restaurants in Incheon to conduct mukbangs. KL Week 6 Super Week Incheon will be held at Sangsang Platform. We will show you what is prepared for the Eternal Return 2nd Anniversary Festival.

We will visit a Chinese restaurant called Mandabok located in Incheon Chinatown. Mandabok is the origin of Jajangmyeon. We will introduce the signature menu, White Centennial Jajang. The white Jajang tastes like a light meat noodle soup. We will order White Centennial Jajang, Shrimp Ganjajangmyeon, Jjamppong, Dongpo Pork, and Crab Meat Soup.

White Centennial Jajang tastes like eating light noodles well coated in pork oil, and the noodles are well seasoned and salty. As soon as you pour the Chunjang on the Shrimp Ganjajangmyeon, the aroma is good, and the shrimp is plump. It is not stimulating and full of umami. The crab meat soup is soft and savory, and contains red crab leg meat. Jjamppong is full of seafood and spicy. Dongpo pork is tender, soft, and melts in your mouth.

We will introduce Gonggal Bread, Pineapple Cake, and Nougat Crackers for dessert. Gonggal bread is crispy with sweet sugar on the inside and savory powder on the outside. Pineapple cake has a similar texture to Hwangnam bread. Nougat crackers are addictive with nougat like marshmallows between vegetable crackers. We will introduce Donghwa Tea, the signature drink of Gugeum Mandabok. Donghwa tea has a subtle sweetness that is attractive.

We will introduce the Incheon Harbor Park Hotel, which is collaborating with the Eternal Return 2nd Anniversary Festival. It is located a 13-minute walk from Sangsang Platform. We will introduce the Incheon Beer collaboration package. The package includes Incheon beer with Li Dailin and Yuki drawn on it, Gyehyangro beer, and 2 glass cups.
