꽈꽈베베 :Hello! I'm Kkwakkwa Bebe from the Lasa server!

I mainly do game, chat, and song broadcasts under the nickname Sera Sera on SOOP. Many people ask in the YouTube comments what time the live broadcast is, but my usual broadcast time is quite long, so if you turn it on after work, I'll probably be broadcasting.

It's a broadcast where I like games and singing! I'd be very happy if you came to see it.

Q. Is there a reason why you started Mabinogi Mobile?

꽈꽈베베 :I used to play Mabinogi, and I had a lot of good memories, so when I heard that a sequel was coming out, I thought I had to try it.

Before Mabinogi, I was a solo player by nature, and most of the games I played were free-to-play, and I would quit after about a month at most.

But Mabinogi was a comfortable atmosphere where even solo players could sit by the campfire and play with people they met for the first time like friends, and clear dungeons while chatting together. So, I became more and more immersed in Mabinogi itself, living in a daze in front of the Tir Chonaill fishing spot or in the center of Dunbarton, chatting by the campfire.

It's the game I've played the longest in my entire gaming life, so even after quitting, it remained in a corner of my heart with longing, and when I heard the news that it was coming out, I was happy and started right away.

Q. You are using the unique nickname Kkwakkwa Bebe in the game, and the name Sera Sera as well. I'm curious about the criteria for choosing your nicknames.

꽈꽈베베 :When I was young, I liked to express various things about myself in my nickname, but when I looked back on it later, I was so embarrassed. (What kind of embarrassing nickname did you use?)

After I grew up a bit, I tried to make it as simple as possible and not ask about the meaning of the name. I usually use the names of objects around me, but this time I asked the viewers what was around them and heard 'There's a twisted breadstick next to me!' so Kkwakkwa Bebe was born. Coincidentally, I also like twisted breadsticks, so I liked it right away.

But when I created the character and looked at it later, the twisted breadstick letters were 'bae' instead of 'be'. Never mind~

Q. It seems like you started the game quite early, but is there a reason why you chose the Lasa server even though you could still choose another server before the Duncan or Ayra server closed?

꽈꽈베베 :At first, the viewers were all singing 'You have to go to Duncan! You have to go to Duncan!', so out of a rebellious spirit, I said 'I'm Sera Sera, so Sera Sa'Lasa~' and insisted 'Lasa is pretty!!!!!' and chose the Lasa server.

Actually, I haven't preferred crowded places since I was young, so I wanted to go to a quiet place. I've tried to live extrovertedly, but I guess I can't help my innate personality.

But sometimes I regret that it's not integrated by server, but integrated, whenever there's something I want in the auction house.

Q. I know you are raising several characters, but can you briefly introduce the reasons for choosing your jobs?

꽈꽈베베 :I have a lot of characters, so it might be a bit long. To put it simply, I created them by giving them a family-like RP (role-playing). For example, the first child, Kkwakkwa Bebe, wanted to create a character based on my appearance, with yellow hair and pink eyes, but since there were no pink eyes at the time, it became a yellow hair + yellow eyes combination, and she is the head of the family! She is an older sister character.

Instead, she's a scatterbrained older sister who gives unsolicited advice even on things you don't want to know, and the younger sister, Bebe Kkwakkwa, is a life character, but she's a sensible younger sister who silently does her job and helps behind her flamboyant older sister.

In addition, there's the third child, Kkwakkwa Kkwakkwa, who was a middle schooler with a rebellious phase and a dual-wielding character, but was inspired by K-pop Demon Hunters and changed into a male idol, and there's GeomBanggayol, who gets better items than the main character and is loved a lot, and Kungwoo, who is named after an archer who jumps twice to the right. The two characters I recently created were chosen by viewers' votes, and now I'm enjoying them because the items are coming out well.

Professionally, the representative character, Kkwakkwa Bebe, is a swordsman, and I've always liked jobs that use swords, so I chose a character with a sword!

Q. What is your signature color in Mabinogi, or what is the reason why you like that color?

꽈꽈베베 :I like colors like light yellow, apricot, and tangerine, which smell like vitamins, and these colors go well with my light yellow hair character. That's why Kkwakkwa Bebe is like that! But I like any color that goes well with each other, even if it's not my signature color.

To explain with the rest of my characters, I dye them like this! Dyeing is fun!

Bebe Kkwakkwa has dark red hair + green eyes + dark navy clothes as a point.

GeomBanggayol has light purple hair + purple eyes + dark skin + cherry or black tone purple

Q. What is your own Mabinogi fashion philosophy?

꽈꽈베베 :I have two rules. Don't wear sets other than legendary! It's cute to give points to the hair!

I usually start with the hair when I'm coordinating. Once I find a cute hat, I take out the matching parts from my closet one by one and try them on, and I tend to look for them from the bottom. And adult characters must wear stockings. Stockings are God!

Q. Is there any outfit you want to show?

꽈꽈베베 :This is the guild uniform I coordinated, isn't it cute? This is also because the hat was so cute that the guild members each found a part that matched the hat and coordinated it. Especially, there's a pocket on the butt, which is the point, but it's a shame you can't see it. Why don't you come to Lasa to see Kkwakkwa Bebe?

Q. You are pushing the cuteness of Mabinogi characters to the limit by taking various poses or using people or objects around you even with fairly limited in-game functions. I'm curious about how you come up with ideas when filming Shorts.

꽈꽈베베 :I'm not a huge otaku, but I'm a subtle otaku. So I think this otaku power helped me a bit in coming up with poses and concepts.

I recently uploaded a short on how to use the flash, and in the comments here, someone said, 'Did you think of taking off your glasses and scolding me when you saw the pose? You're not an ordinary person?' I think I got caught.

Q. You actively communicate with fans in the game. What is the most memorable memory you have while playing on the Lasa server?

꽈꽈베베 :I've never tried to attract aggro with local chat or general chat! On July 5th, I wanted to sell too many refinement kits, so I listed a lot of them at the lowest price.

I thought I should promote this, so I used a megaphone (a cash item that allows you to use world chat) to ask people to buy some refinement kits. There are many people who don't like inbang, and I thought I might get cursed for riding the momentum and making dad jokes, but I was so grateful that everyone played along with me while blowing megaphones. Later, when it got too heated, I asked them not to mention it excessively with megaphones, and they stopped right away.

After the refinement kits were sold out, we gathered in Dunbarton, where I was, to celebrate and play music together, and we went to the basement of the cathedral to enjoy potato night. It was a day where I felt that there were many people who liked me, so I was very happy. There seem to be a lot of kind people in Lasa. Everyone is forbidden to quit the game before me~!

Q. There are many videos that answer users' questions with Shorts. What is the most memorable question you have received?

꽈꽈베베 :Recently, I received a question asking why the swordsman doesn't use a thousand swords and uses tempering, but I haven't been able to answer it yet. Kkwakkwa doesn't have it. A thousand swords didn't drop. How can I use it if I don't have it? Everyone, don't do the jar.

Q. Personally, I remember the Strange Cat Shop Precautions Short and the Auction House Tips Short that you must see if you don't want to be a donation angel. The character with the unfair expression was impressive, so I watched it several times. What was your experience that you were embarrassed or felt unfair after knowing it?

꽈꽈베베 :Did you know that the field boss subjugation repeat reward was recently changed from 1000 gold to 100 gold? Originally, I worked hard to subjugate bosses to quickly fill the adventurer pass level experience.

I knew that the subjugation reward had been lowered after looking at the patch notes, but I was filling the pass experience with the feeling of 'So what~'. But it turns out that I have a high combat power, so I found out the truth that the repair cost is higher. If you're going to run boss subjugation, you have to wear cheap equipment. I didn't want to know either. I haven't uploaded the video yet, but I'm going to make it soon.

Q. There are also Shorts with a considerable number of people gathered, such as busking, synchronized dancing, or group poses. If there is a Short that is memorable because of an interesting episode during filming, please let me know.

꽈꽈베베 :Most of the time! They do everything I ask for so quickly and well! When I think about it, it's a very difficult request to ask them to dance in time, but they always do it quickly and accurately, so I took it for granted!? Q. Are in-game busking or concerts held as regular content? If I were to listen to Kkwakkwa Bebe's concert, when would it be possible? And when can I hear the full version of The Little Restaurant in the Forest? I want to make a reservation.

꽈꽈베베 :I recorded a concert and The Little Restaurant in the Forest with everyone after the megaphone refinement kit incident earlier! But why that... I don't know if everyone will say 'Ugh, I don't want to listen to it' when I upload it. (For reference, the interview was taken on the weekend, so it was recorded and uploaded afterwards!)

Anyway, busking or concerts are just held when everyone seems bored. I don't set a specific time or promote it separately, and I usually gather viewers when I feel like it during the broadcast.

Q. While playing on the Lasa server, did you expect to be called a specialty of the Lasa server! The pride of the Lasa server!

꽈꽈베베 :At first, I didn't expect this at all. They were just Shorts I made to make the viewers of my broadcast laugh, or to tease them.

The reason was that I saw a reel of an old man exaggeratingly packaging how to sharpen a pencil, how to use an eraser, and how to wipe your mouth after eating, and telling it in a serious tone and expression. I tried to follow it, but I thought it would be difficult to imitate a professional, so I started with the concept of cheerfully greeting and saying 'I don't know~' and 'Never mind~' instead. I think it gradually spread because the editor made it fun and it rode the Shorts algorithm.

Then, at some point, users started imitating my greetings during the barrier time, and gradually everyone in the village kept saying that YouTube was so good and asked me to keep doing it, so I felt rewarded for broadcasting.

Honestly, it still feels like a dream. At first, I was a bit timid and didn't use local chat because I was afraid of causing trouble, and I walked around cautiously, but these days, if someone looks at me, I go up to them first and say, 'Hello? I'm a world-class star. Can I take a picture for you?' and I'm enjoying the moment!

Q. As much as you have a deep affection for the game, there must be parts that you want to be fixed. What are your wishes or requests for Mabinogi Mobile?

꽈꽈베베 :I had a lot of wishes, but it seems like the developers have changed to communicate with users after the recent 100-day event, so I have the highest level of trust in the current director! Even bugs are communicated, so it goes from 'Why again? Another bug?' to 'Hmm, bugs can happen'. I think my mind is completely broken because I was relieved after seeing the communication notice.

Now, I just want them to balance the jobs well so that users don't fight with each other. Some jobs are super strong, but some jobs are too weak, and most of the content is party-oriented, so users keep fighting with each other. Please don't let them fight.
