The Bloodfiend deck has a gimmick that enhances skills by consuming Bloodthirst. The Bloodfiend Identities consist of Don Quixote, Rodion, Outis, and Gregor. Each Identity performs roles such as dealer, supporter, and tank. The core Identities are Limbus Don Quixote, Princess Rodion, and Priest Gregor.

Limbus Don Quixote: Main dealer, specialized in area-of-effect attacks, skill enhancement possible depending on Bloodfiend Identity composition, low health is a weakness. Princess Rodion: Debuffer, enhances the skill power of Limbus Don Quixote, when switching skills, utilize skills 1 and 2 mainly. Priest Gregor: Tank/Supporter, gains Bloodthirst through Bleed, high tanking ability, strong in long battles, weak in short battles. Iva's Outis: Sub-dealer, decent performance, slow to gain Bloodthirst, often excluded outside of Mirror Dungeons. Recommended combinations within the Mirror Dungeon are the 4 Bloodfiends, Thumb Yi Sang, and the Kurokumo Duo.

Don Quixote's Meursault's Myo: Excellent for dealing damage and area clearing, useful in Mirror Dungeons. The remaining E.G.O.s are important outside of the Mirror Dungeon.

Bleed Identities only perform at their best when a certain amount of Bleed is applied to the enemy. Rodion's Crimson Desire and Ryoshu's Scornful Gaze E.G.O.s are important for maintaining the number of Bleed stacks. Crimson Desire: The number of Bleed stacks on the target does not decrease at the start of battle, increases Bleed application. Scornful Gaze: Applies Bleed in the Awakened state, helps maintain the number of Bleed stacks.

The Bloodfiend deck has medium performance and is recommended for users who aim to use a variety of decks. There is a possibility that Seclusion Identities will be added after Walpurgisnacht. If you missed the Season 5 Identities, you may want to consider picking up the Bloodfiend deck.
