When Argus uses his ultimate, his passive provides 60 Malice Energy per hit, and an additional 40 on critical hits. Continuously landing critical hits during ultimate activation allows you to repeatedly trigger the passive. Equipping four Windtalkers significantly increases attack speed, and adding Inspire raises the attack speed limit, allowing Argus to trigger his passive multiple times right before his ultimate ends.

Play safely in the early game and focus on farming Windtalkers. Once you get the first Windtalker, you can clear the lane faster, and farm Berserker's Fury, the second item, to increase damage. When choosing late-game heroes like Argus, it's best to focus on farming. Continue farming until you secure three to four core items. After securing the second Windtalker, purchase GDS to secure movement speed, critical chance, and ultimate cooldown reduction. After purchasing GDS, once your critical chance is around 90%, hunt for kills while farming the third Windtalker. For the last item, choose Blade of Despair for more burst damage. If the enemy has fighter or tank heroes, you can choose Malefic Roar.

Thanks to the synergy between Windtalker's passive, Inspire, and Argus's ultimate, you can quickly delete squishy enemies. It can be difficult against tanks because Windtalker doesn't provide damage stats, only attack speed. It will be even more difficult against enemies with healing potential because Argus doesn't use Sea Halberd. This build is a 6 out of 10. The advantage of this build is that you can use Inspire during Argus's ultimate to get more hits from the passive.
