Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.5 ~ 4.0 Pickup & Rerun Lineup Summary
Covers pickup and rerun lineups from version 3.5 to 4.0, as well as new characters, rerun possibilities, and speculations. In version 3.5, Haisillen and Keridra will appear as new characters, and Kafka and Silver Wolf will be rerun. In version 3.6, new forms of Dan Heng and March 7th will appear, and Dan Heng's new form will be distributed for free. In version 3.7, Sirene is expected to appear, and in version 4.0, we will visit Edo, Guinaifen's home planet.
1. Version 3.5 New Characters: Haisillen, Keridra
Haisillen and Keridra have been confirmed as new characters in version 3.5.
Haisillen: Physical attribute, Path of Nihility, specialized in continuous damage, amplifies continuous damage through debuffs, reduces enemy stats, and creates a special area that amplifies continuous damage effects.
Keridra: 5-star Wind attribute, Harmony support, grants Military Merit stacks with combat skills and ultimate, amplifies critical damage and gains additional turns, increases ally speed, energy recovery, and damage, a perfect partner for Guinaifen.

New forms of Dan Heng and March 7th will appear in version 3.6.
March 7th SP: 5-star Ice attribute, Path of Remembrance, AoE dealer, sacrifices HP to summon Memory Spirits, AoE damage, HP recovery, damage scales with HP, speed, and number of spirits.
Dan Heng Terra Vox: 5-star Physical attribute, Preservation support, summons a dragon to provide a strong shield and damage reduction to the party, HP-scaling abilities, core support for Physical attribute parties.
Dan Heng Terra Vox is scheduled to be distributed for free.

4. Version 3.6 Rerun Possibility Speculation
The rerun of Castoris or Anax, characters from version 3.2, is expected in version 3.6.
There is also a possibility of a Miday rerun if a triple banner system is introduced.

5. Version 3.7 New Character: Sirene
Sirene is expected to appear in version 3.7.
A support character with a dual-form mechanism, the Memory Spirit is a pink-winged being.
One of the two forms has bare feet and wings, wearing a flower crown and holding a bow and arrow.

There is a high possibility of a Guinaifen rerun, and Miday or other 3.x version characters may appear.

7. Version 3.8 New Character: Constance
A new character named Constance will be released in version 3.8.
It may be a Fire attribute Harmony character that increases attack power, speed, and strengthens the Burn party, or it may appear with a new Path, 'Remembrance'.
If a new Path is introduced, it is likely to focus on continuous damage and delayed burst damage.
