2. Glurch the Abominous Mass
First essential boss, easiest difficulty Must find the location manually because there is no scanner Can be found in the early mud biome Only does jump attacks, so it is best to fight with ranged weapons The slime on the floor reduces movement speed Attack frequency increases in phase 2 Be careful because it recovers health if you leave the boss fight area Defeating it grants the first merchant summoning item and the first statue activation eye Can be resummoned by placing a Giant Slime Idol (purchased from the merchant)
