Goddess of Victory: Nikke is a character-collecting subculture game. Its deep setting and interesting story are its greatest strengths. Many Nikkes appear, some of whom leave a strong impression with their overwhelming combat power.

Nikke has done a good job of reflecting the strength of these characters in their in-game performance. 'The strongest Nikke in the lore' is often treated accordingly in the game (although there are exceptions).

If you had to pick just one Nikke that is the strongest in the game right now, and the one you should get from rerolling, many users would probably choose 'Crown'. Crown is a Nikke with unmatched performance. No other Nikke can match Crown's performance in the 2-Burst slot. Just by including Crown in your team, the tier of other Nikkes increases by at least two levels.

Crown is a Nikke from the Ark, but she has stayed on the ground for a long time and has become stronger than a Pilgrim. She was even able to defeat the Heretic 'Indivilia' in her giant form, and she was strong enough to easily push back enemies below that level. In addition, when she activates her exclusive weapon 'Naked King', she was shown to wipe out hundreds of Raptures at once with just a gesture. Crown is the strongest Nikke, even acknowledged by the current Nikke's strongest squad 'Pioneer', and her strength is well implemented in the game.

If there's Crown in the 2-Burst, there's Laplace: Red Hood (Lala) in the 3-Burst. Lala is the strongest dealer in the current meta. She excels in both single-target and AoE damage, and can handle both Incendiary and Iron codes. In addition, she can also be used as a 1-Burst, making her another strongest Nikke that has both performance and versatility.

Story-wise, Lala can't be weak. That's because she's in the 'awakened protagonist' position. She inherited the will of the legendary Pilgrim 'Red Hood', and is a Nikke whose combat power, will, and heart are complete. As a Nikke who has been built up for quite a long time and is narratively complete, she is in the top tier in both the story and the game.

Little Mermaid, Syren is a must-have Nikke for the 1-Burst. As a support-type 1-Burst, she provides powerful buffs and can focus the firepower of allies with the 'Concentrated Fire' skill. In addition, her own firepower is as good as a dealer, making her an indispensable Nikke that is used in all content.

If you simply use Syren in battle without knowing her story, you might say, 'Why is she so strong when she just shoots bubbles?'. Syren is a transcendent Nikke who manipulates reality by using her two abilities: bubbles and language. She is considered legendary even within the Nikke universe, which has many strong characters. Syren's strength is a good reflection of this setting.

Red Hood is the first ALL Burst Nikke in Nikke. She is a basic 3-Burst, but she can use 1, 2, and 3-Burst. Red Hood's versatility saves the squad in crisis situations and expands tactical diversity. Her performance is also strong. With infinite ammo and wide-range piercing shots, she is used as a core dealer.

Red Hood is a Nikke who belonged to the first and strongest squad, 'Goddess', which protected humanity during the first Rapture invasion 100 years ago. In the current game's timeline, she is already a legendary phantom squad. Red Hood was the mental pillar of everyone in that Goddess, and was a hero in herself. Red Hood's strength, as well as her cool personality, left a big impression. Her cool motions in the game, and her strength, are well implemented.

Scarlet: Black Shadow (Black Scarlet) was once the strongest dealer. Black Scarlet was in Lala's place now. With her powerful distributed damage, her overall stats were high, and she was used as the main dealer in almost all content. Cinderella is an Electric-type 3-Burst dealer. The reason why she is highly rated is simple. Her firepower is overwhelmingly high. If you only look at her raw firepower, there are only a handful of Nikkes that surpass Cinderella, and the Electric code itself has good party synergy, so she is strong enough to be consistently used in raid parties even if it is not an advantageous code.

This performance is also carried over in the lore. Cinderella is a 'Annihilation-type Nikke', and was the worst Heretic 'Anachior' who even made the Goddess squad retreat. Even after the erosion was resolved with the help of Grave, her overwhelming firepower was still intact. As you progress through the story, you will encounter enemies that seem impossible to defeat. No matter how strong the enemy is, Cinderella's presence is reassuring. Cinderella, who perfectly embodies the classic and intense cliché of 'from the worst enemy to the strongest ally', is still considered one of the strongest dealers in Nikke.

Grave is a 2-Burst support Nikke that specializes in increasing the firepower of allies. She has valuable buffs such as increased attack damage, increased penetration damage, and increased Burst Gauge charge speed, and her own firepower is also excellent, so she also plays the role of a sub-dealer. Thanks to this, she is evaluated as an essential Nikke for high scores in Solo Raids.

Her performance in the story is also impressive. Grave was not a special Nikke like Cinderella or Syren, but was originally a mass-produced Nikke. However, she is an excellent scientist who directly created the 2nd generation Pilgrims, Old Tales, such as Cinderella and Syren, and actively uses this knowledge and ability in battle.
