Hanwha Life Esports, wins set 2 with game maker 'Peanut' leading the charge

Hanwha Life Esports continued their momentum from set 1 into set 2. 'Peanut' Han Wang-ho played actively across the map throughout the game, leading the team to victory.

Hanwha Life Esports started off strong, centered around 'Peanut' Han Wang-ho's Vi. 'Peanut' ganked and caught 'Gumayusi' Lee Min-hyung's Xayah, then teamed up with 'Delight' Yoo Hwan-joong's Rell to surprise attack 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok's Annie in mid, and ambushed 'Oner' Moon Hyeon-joon's Pantheon. He also inflicted damage on 'Doran' Choi Hyeon-joon's Gwen. Conversely, T1 focused on objectives despite giving up kills, securing Rift Scuttler, 2 dragon stacks, and the Rift Herald.

However, Hanwha Life Esports, having firmly taken the lead, had no intention of giving up any more objectives. 'Peanut' boldly counter-jungled to steal the red buff and naturally took the dragon. Around 21 minutes, after catching Annie in mid, Hanwha Life Esports dispatched Vi to the dragon. T1 headed to Atakan in response, but Hanwha Life Esports' main force bought enough time for Vi to return, allowing them to secure additional kills and Atakan.

T1, trailing by over 6,000 gold, bought themselves some time with a surprise Baron. Hanwha Life Esports belatedly tried to defend, but Vi, who went in to steal, was quickly caught, making it difficult to create the desired fight composition. The teamfight for the third dragon also ended in an exchange, allowing T1 to narrow the gap significantly.

Around 36 minutes, after confirming that Annie and Xayah's ultimates were down, Hanwha Life Esports started on the Dragon Soul, and T1, unable to give it up, initiated a teamfight with Pantheon's ultimate. In a 2:2 kill exchange, Hanwha Life Esports, with a better champion composition, secured additional kills and the dragon, widening the gap again. With the Baron buff in hand, Hanwha Life Esports pushed into the bottom lane, putting an end to the game.
