- ✅ Ascended Serilly's leader effect is good
- ✅ Damage dealer cookies use DMG Resist biscuit with ATK toppings
- ✅ Ascended Serilly should have 35% cooldown, and the rest use DMG Resist toppings
- ✅ Melber uses cooldown biscuit, then after 25% cooldown, subtract the skin bond stat and use ATK toppings for the rest
