Nexon (co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook) has released a video introducing the 2025 Winter Update for 'EA SPORTS FC™ Online (hereinafter 'FC Online')', the authentic online soccer game developed by EA Korea Studio and serviced by the company.

First, they introduced various new content scheduled for update. Along with this, five new traits will be added in January of next year. 'Speedster' allows you to break through defenders by momentarily increasing speed while dribbling at a slow pace. 'Titan' allows you to gain an advantage in aerial ball contests by disrupting the opponent's balance with physical battles. In addition, 'Commander', which helps with quick transitions through enhanced long passes, 'Blocker', which reads and blocks shot trajectories in advance, and the goalkeeper trait 'GK Aerial Ball Control' provide various strategic options.
In addition, various gameplay improvements will be applied. By reflecting actual soccer situations, offsides and fouls will be improved to enhance the realism of actual soccer, and the phenomenon where players could not react when inputting one-touch pass and shot keys will be improved. In addition, when registering a player, adaptation is automatically filled without playing a match, and the 'One-Click Squad System' is introduced to quickly deploy multiple players to the squad, increasing the convenience of content progression.
On December 4th, new players will be released for the 'Icon' class, composed of retired legendary players, and the high-performance version 'ICON THE MOMENT' class. In January of next year, the final performance adjustment of the 'ICON THE MOMENT' class will be carried out, with stats increasing by 2 points and salary increasing by 1 point.
Nexon is holding various events to commemorate this winter update. From December 4th to March 11th of next year, various rewards such as 'Fee Coupon', 'Player Pack', and 'BP' will be given upon pre-registration for the winter main event. Through the winter main event held during the same period, you can raise the enhancement level of one of your players by 1 stage when you acquire 11 trophies that can be obtained by playing every day.
