3. 🏢 The Cardinal complex in Streets of Tarkov: How to access and what to find
- ✅ Inside the secret room in Labs, in a safe, you can find a Blue Keycard.
- ✅ The Blue Keycard contains a key to the Cardinal complex, located in Streets of Tarkov.
- ✅ The Cardinal complex is located opposite Climov Street, near the courtyard area where the Bloody Rusted Key is used.
- ✅ On the second floor of the building, there is a wooden door that leads to the Cardinal complex.
- ✅ Inside the Cardinal complex, there are two safes that require unknown keys.
- ✅ There is a third safe that can be opened by interacting with a painting on the wall, revealing a keypad that requires the Black Keycard.
- ✅ Inside this safe, a Bitcoin was found.
