Source: Nexon

Nexon (co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook) announced on the 11th that they have updated the new PvE content 'Zombie Disaster Zone' to the FPS game 'Counter-Strike Online' (hereinafter referred to as 'CSO').
The new PvE mode 'Zombie Disaster Zone', which was released as the first update of the 'BEYOND' winter mega-update, is a new content in which up to 4 people can participate as a team to defeat zombies pouring out in each round and challenge the final round boss monster. You can challenge the higher stages by accumulating stats through repeated play, and ranking records are made when you complete the higher stages. In 'Zombie Disaster Zone', various types of enemies and play environments appear, and you can experience new fun in zombie mode.
Along with this, we are recruiting participants for the user participation competition 'Grand Athletics Meet: Blue vs. White', which is held to celebrate the winter. The competition will be held on January 3, 2026 at GGX located in Jung-gu, Seoul, with online live broadcasting, and any user can apply for participation on the 'CSO' official website until December 21. After the game, Nexon's Choi Jin-hyuk, 'CSO' director, will look back on 2025 and introduce the service direction for 2026.
To commemorate the Grand Athletics Meet, we are holding an event that rewards various items according to the points accumulated by achieving missions. If you acquire 10 points or more, you can predict the winning team of the Grand Athletics Meet, and if you succeed in predicting the winning team, you will be given even more generous rewards.
In addition, until December 31st, we will be holding the '2025 Most Played Class Prediction World Cup' event, which is presented in collaboration with webtoon artist 'Muuine'. When you achieve the 20-minute play daily mission, you will be given a selection ticket, and each time you use it, you will be given an 'Event Decoder' and 'Weapon Enhancement EXP 50'. In addition, 200 people will be selected by lottery from among the users whose final selected class matches the class that actually recorded the most plays, and will be given 30,000 'Nexon Cash'.
You can find more details about the 'CSO' 'BEYOND' winter mega-update and the new PvE content 'Zombie Disaster Zone' on the official website.
