ARK: Survival Ascended - Guide to obtaining Element and Red Element in Lost Colony
This guide explains how to get Element and Red Element on the Lost Colony map in ARK: Survival Ascended. It details methods of collection, crafting, and conversion between both types of element, as well as the use of the Blood Forge and the Medical Bed.
1. ⛏️ Obtaining Element Dust and Converting to Normal Element
- ✅ Element dust is obtained by destroying streetlights and street furniture on the map.
- ✅ It is recommended to use a Doedicurus to collect element dust efficiently.
- ✅ Recommended location: Bridges (coordinates 43.2, 35).
- ✅ 1000 element dust can be converted into an unstable element.
- ✅ The unstable element turns into a normal element after a while (e.g. 2 minutes, depending on the server configuration).

2. 🩸 Crafting Red Element with the Blood Forge and Blood Packs
- ✅ The Blood Forge (unlockable at level 75 and crafted in the Tek Replicator) is needed to craft Red Element.
- ✅ The Blood Forge requires 5 normal elements for its construction.
- ✅ To craft unstable Red Element you need: Normal Element, Blood Packs (50 units).
- ✅ Blood Packs are obtained using the Medical Bed (unlockable at level 60).
- ✅ The Medical Bed drains the health of connected creatures to generate Blood Packs. Be careful not to kill the creature!

3. 🔄 Converting Red Element to Normal Element
