This guide provides efficient methods for obtaining cursed items, high-level weapons, and blueprints on the Lost Colony map of ARK: Survival Ascended, including farming Neophytes, advanced missions, fishing, and dragon horde keys.
1. ⚔️ Efficient Farming of Cursed Items by Killing Neophytes in Lost Colony
- ✅ Cursed items are a new type of very powerful equipment only found in Lost Colony. They don't need repair and can have very high stats.
- ✅ Neophytes are the best source for farming cursed items and tributes for the boss fight. They are almost immune to creature damage, except for the Thylacoleo's bleed.
- ✅ To farm Neophytes, increase your hostility level to 50 by killing NPCs in the city. This activates the "Guarded" state, causing Neophytes to appear from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- ✅ Build a simple 2x2x2 trap with a double door to attract Neophytes and a normal door to exit. After killing a Neophyte, enter the city or a watchtower to reactivate the alarm and generate new Neophytes.
