- ✅ There is a small water source in front.
- ✅ It is not far from the trading post and is relatively close to the snowy area.
- ✅ The land is quite flat, making it ideal for creating a farm.

- ✅ The tall structure is in relatively good condition and can be used as a horde base, but zombies like tall structures.
- ✅ If you want a better horde base, it is recommended to occupy the mobile field hospital next door and build a base from scratch.

9. 🪦 Crypt: Base with Excellent Farm and Water Access
- ✅ The Crypt has always been a good place to build a base.
- ✅ It's even better than before because of how important water is.
- ✅ There is a lot of farm land available on site, so you can start farming from day one.
- ✅ This POI is in the burnt forest, so if biome progression is turned on, you may have to work to complete the challenge.
- ✅ One of the really good things about this POI is that the trader spawn is close by.
- ✅ The underground area of the Crypt is flooded, so you don't have to go far to get water.
- ✅ This lower level also serves as a good storage base.
- ✅ It's a Tier 2 POI, so if you decide to use this place for horde night, you can also increase the loot stage.

10. ⛪ God's First Church: Horde Base and Storage Space
- ✅ God's First Church is a pretty remote POI.
- ✅ It can be found in this old western town and is very effective during horde night.
- ✅ I generally don't recommend putting a storage base in the same place as a horde base, but the underground space is large enough for most hoarders, and the church tower can be turned into a very good defensive position with a little work.
- ✅ This POI does not have a water source on site, but there is a bathhouse nearby.

11. 🏞️ Best Moments: Challenging Snow Biome Base
- ✅ If you don't mind a bit of a challenge, Best Moments is a pretty good place to move to.
- ✅ As you can see, there is a lake behind it that can meet all your water needs.
- ✅ There is also a small hot tub on the balcony.
- ✅ It's a Tier 2 POI and as you can see it's in the snow biome.
- ✅ As of version 2.5, surviving in the snow biome is much harder than before, but if you don't mind a challenge, this is a good place to live.
- ✅ The main building itself is quite large and has space for multiple players if you are playing with friends.
- ✅ I've never used this place during horde night, but there's a little gas-passing shop to the south of this place that works pretty well during horde night.

12. 🏘️ Dead End: Multiple POIs and Base Options
- ✅ To finish, there are several POIs.
- ✅ There are several POIs in this dead end, some of which make pretty good bases.
- ✅ The Johansson Residence is a Tier 2 POI and the building is in pretty good condition.
- ✅ There is a swimming pool in the backyard, so you don't have to worry about water.
- ✅ The Vernet Residence is the same, but I personally prefer the Johansson Residence.
- ✅ Then there's the Senior Drug Residence.
- ✅ This is a Tier 3 POI and has a very large swimming pool in the backyard.
- ✅ I'm not sure how well this will hold up during horde night as zombies target tall structures.
- ✅ But it's pretty good as an everyday base.
