3. ⚔️ Major Buffs: Guanneu, Gao, and Fang Hero Adjustments
- ✅ Guanneu: His charged attack can now crit, dealing 100% physical attack damage with critical hits. Damage reworked into raw scaling damage (500-1000) plus 125% extra physical attack. Skill one base damage increased.
- ✅ Gao: Passive damage has a slight increase across all levels. Skill one base damage was also increased from 300 to 320 with better scaling per level.
- ✅ Fang: Basic attack range increased from 725 to 750. Skill one base damage went up, and physical attack scaling increased from 70% to 75%.

4. 🛡️ Buffs for Wuan and Hano: Enhanced Damage and Scaling
- ✅ Wuan: Her ultimate, Hurricane Hammer, received a base damage buff, increasing from 280 to 300, with better scaling per level.

5. 📉 Nerfs: Consort U, Chano, and Floworn Adjustments
- ✅ Consort U: Her passive, Blessing of the Dryads, took a hit. The base damage dropped from 95 to 90, and the physical attack scaling went from 14% down to 12%.
- ✅ Chano: Skill one damage was lowered by 20 points at base level, and the scaling was adjusted.
- ✅ Floworn: Skill 2, Arrow of No Retreat, had its base damage lowered slightly from 480 to 470.
