· We recommend the Paladin Arbiter build as the best starter to maintain kill streak stacks with extreme mobility for early fresh start leveling.
· Paladins can be played for free for one week after the season starts, making it accessible even to players without the expansion.

· Select a Paladin character and start in Normal difficulty with the campaign completed.
· Equip your pet and mount from the inventory, and choose 'Laer' as your main mercenary and 'Eldkin' as your reinforcement mercenary.
· Level up to level 15 by clearing Season Quests, Helltides, Legions, and World Bosses.
· After reaching level 15, select 'Apostle' from the Paladin specialization 'Oath'.
· For the skill tree, it is recommended to prioritize ultimate skills first, then complete passive skills.
· For early hunting, attack with Blessed Hammer, and equip any high-power items until max level.
· After reaching max level, begin serious build setup.

· The core of this build is 'Wing Strike' from the Arbiter transformation.
· Selecting 'Apostle' from the Paladin Oath specialization automatically activates the ultimate skill 'Arbiter of Justice', adding 'Wing Strike' auto-attacks.
· The key mechanism is to keep the ultimate skill 'Arbiter' constantly active to deal continuous damage with 'Wing Strike'.
· Using 'Condemn' and 'Meteor' skills triggers the Arbiter transformation, and you can increase its duration with Arbiter duration tempering on items.
· Cooldown reduction allows 'Condemn' to be used immediately, enabling virtually infinite ultimate skill use.
· 'Aegis' and 'Resistance Aura' provide buffs upon gaining Resolve, while 'Fanaticism Aura' grants a critical hit buff.
· 'Blessed Hammer' is used for resetting Evade cooldown.

· Legendary items are sufficient in the early game, and each item's Aspect should be set according to the build.
· The most crucial part of item setup is 'Armor'. Due to the Legendary Node 'Sanctuary', higher Armor leads to stronger damage, so you must maximize Armor.
· For Tempering, select 'Arbiter Duration' on armor and 'Wing Strike Damage' on weapons or accessories to increase damage.
· Helm, Chest, Amulet, and Shield can be replaced with Mythic or Unique items; equip them as you farm them.
· Especially if you acquire 'Kadamar's Amulet', change the glove Aspect to 'Tyrael's Judgment' to further increase damage.

· The Paladin Arbiter build's Paragon Board is primarily set up for damage increase.
· In particular, the 'Sanctuary' node offers overpowered abilities, making it one of the key reasons to play Paladin this season.

· Rune setup focuses on damage increase, and any rune can be equipped before farming Legendary Runes.
· Runes can be quickly farmed through Underground Vaults.

· 'Blessed Hammer' is for resetting Evade cooldown, but its actual usage frequency is low.
· There's a control setting tip to prevent 'Blessed Hammer' from automatically casting when moving the mouse.
