· Equipping a Loot Radar mod makes finding loot much easier when exploring Sanctum Anatomica's secret rooms.
· It's recommended to use Ciphers to quickly deal with hacking terminals.
· Double Door Room: A room with locked double doors, full of loot and Voca.
· How to Open: Go to the back of the upper floor and find a pillar not connected to pipes; that's the entrance.

· Library Room: A room with a terminal and several switches.
· How to Open: Interact with the terminal to identify four symbols in the order: clock, water drop, wall, eye.
· Activate the 8 switches located around the room (3 central, 1 on the right of the 1st floor, 1 at the back of the 1st floor, 1 on the opposite side, 2 on the upper 2nd floor) in the order of the symbols.

· Dancing Clock Room: A room with crystals.
· How to Open: Shoot a crystal with your Operator weapon, then shoot another crystal in a different location. After that, interact with the terminal and quickly hack it to open the door.
· Four Glowing Orbs Room: A room with a gate.
· How to Open: Shoot the fourth inactive orb with your Operator weapon to match the 3 already active orbs.
· Four Sand Orbs Room: A room with sand orbs.
· How to Open: Shoot the crystal above with your Operator weapon or Xaku's 4th ability to fill the last empty orb with sand.

· Electric Hall: A hall with a locked door on the left.
· How to Open: Jump above the door and move to the small elevator on the left. Use an Area of Effect (AoE) attack or a heavy attack to open the door.
· Engine Room: Similar structure to the Electric Hall.
· How to Open: Jump from the same spot and perform a heavy attack. The entrance is also the exit, and you can find Voca here.
· Gate: A location with a locked gate.
· How to Open: Go up and move to the right. Shoot the vent, then pass through. Shoot the crystal with your Operator weapon or Xaku's 4th ability.

· List Room: Located near the extraction point, a room with a statue.
· How to Open: Enter through the vent.
· Atomic/Bomb Room: Located in the back room.
· How to Open: Enter through the vent in the back room and continue moving to find the treasure.
· Disco Ball Room: A room with a disco ball-like object.
· How to Open: Use Void Sling to jump onto the disco ball to get the loot.
· Garden (Lower/Upper): Located in the garden area.
· How to Open: Enter through the lower vent or the upper vent. You can find Voca here.
· Brain Room: Located in the brain area.
· How to Open: Jump into the vent from a specific spot to get Voca and treasure.

· In the Sand - Broken Hourglass: Located inside a broken hourglass in the sand area.
· How to Open: Enter the hourglass and find the vent to get Voca.
· In the Sand - Door of Patience: The sand Door of Patience.
· How to Open: You must wait for the door to open. It closes quickly, so wait for it to open again.
· In the Sand - Moving Ceiling: Similar to the Door of Patience, with a moving ceiling.
· How to Open: Jumping can be difficult, so wait for the door to open. Voca is almost always above.
· Stitches: An area that looks like a 'bridge' or 'stitches' on the minimap.
· How to Open: Wait for the rock to descend, then enter to get the loot, and wait again to exit.

· Simulacrum: The last hidden location, resembling the Simulacrum in Sanctum Anatomica.
· How to Open: After entering, move to the right and shoot the crystal with your Operator weapon. A window will open, allowing you to enter and get the loot.
