· Fill the Incitement Gauge: Complete missions, control points, and open-world activities occupied by your desired faction (e.g., Hyenas) to fill that faction's Incitement Gauge to 100%.
· Difficulty: The Incitement Gauge fills faster when playing on higher difficulties (e.g., Heroic).
