· Achieving a kill resets the effect duration, but the effect disappears upon reloading.
· Eliminating marked enemies with Negotiator's Dilemma does not reset the duration of the 'Cover Shooter' talent. You must directly attack and eliminate the enemy.

· Critical Hit Chance: Maintain 55%, aiming for at least 50%. Since Negotiator's Dilemma compensates for Critical Hit Damage on kill, focus more on Critical Hit Chance.
· Armor on Kill: A base of 20% (Gunner 10% + Steel Work 10%) combined with Negotiator's Dilemma's multi-kill effect provides a practical 60% armor on kill.
· Thanks to this high survivability, you can play aggressively from cover, or even blind fire to mark enemies and then attack other enemies to eliminate those in cover.
