· When leveling up Species Understanding, it's fine to proceed mindlessly up to level 9.
· However, from level 9 to 10, 'Soul Crystals' consumption increases significantly, so it's crucial to focus only on slots 3, 6, and 9.
· Slots 3, 6, and 9 are the only slots where core stats like damage amplification, critical strike, damage resistance, iron wall, and regeneration can be obtained.
· Since these important stats cannot be obtained in other slots, a strategy of only taking options that appear in slots 3, 6, and 9 is necessary.

· When selecting Species Understanding options, you must first set a standard: whether to aim for 'max' or 'moderate'.
· If you pursue 'max', you should discard anything even slightly lower than the maximum value.
· The 'moderate' standard can be set with the following formula:
· (Minimum Value + (Maximum Value - Minimum Value) / 2) or higher

· This standard is not definitive, and it's important to set your own criteria based on your personal playstyle.

· Species Understanding pet farming consumes an enormous amount of 'Soul Crystals' and 'Kinah'.
· If you proceed aimlessly without a goal, you can deplete all your crystals and Kinah, making your character weaker.
· To properly do pet farming, you need at least 20 million to 40 million Kinah.
· It's important to stay focused and proceed according to set criteria.

· Special Species Understanding below Level 10: You must acquire Special Crystals through the 'Mission' quest to reach Level 10. You can only obtain the 'Shackles of Species' title at Level 10.
· Special Species Understanding Level 10 or higher: From this point, it's a matter of choice. Decide whether to prioritize the other four Species Understandings or continue leveling Special.
· Approximately 10,000 crystals are consumed from Level 9 to 10, and about 6,000 from Level 8 to 9. If aiming for Special Level 20, you need to collect about 15,000 to 20,000 crystals.
· 'Rainbow' Crystal Usage Warning: Even if all Special Species Understanding is complete, do not use 'Rainbow' crystals elsewhere. NCsoft can always add new stats (e.g., attack power increase, defense increase, critical strike) and force you to re-tune. 'Rainbow' crystals should only be used for Special.

· Since the Species Understanding preset feature is scheduled to be released, it is not recommended to spend crystals on pet farming right now.
· If you attempt pet farming without presets and fail to get the desired options, your character will become weaker, and the spent crystals cannot be recovered.
· Once presets are released, you can try new settings while maintaining your existing good setup, avoiding the risk of your character becoming weaker even if you fail.
· The streamer themselves is also saving tens of thousands of crystals and waiting for the preset release.

· Normal Crystals (Wild, Intellect, Nature, Mutation): Can be obtained through the 'Unknown Odium Storage' dungeon.
· Each character can acquire approximately 60 boxes weekly, with 5 crystals per box, and the dungeon can be used 7 times a week. (60 boxes * 5 crystals * 7 times = 2,100 crystals/week)
· Utilizing multiple alt characters can significantly increase weekly acquisition. (e.g., operating 8 characters yields 16,800 crystals/week, randomly distributed to 4 Species Understandings results in 4,000 crystals each/week)
· Using Paid Items: You can collect crystals faster by purchasing paid items like 'Unknown Rift Challenge Tickets' and instantly completing them.
· Even users who only play their main character can accumulate crystals through paid items to proceed with pet farming.

· When leveling from 9 to 10, do not get sidetracked by other good options appearing outside of slots 3, 6, and 9.
