The reason is that there's no real benefit to be gained from war. During wartime, businesses stagnate, incurring significant losses, and without the application of law, it merely becomes a meaningless war of attrition. For Wind element, Natsuka (strongest sub-dealer) is powerful. For Earth element, Nazuna (highly versatile OP), Gray, and New Krunis (core of Earth mark deck) are strong. Currently in Stella Sora, there are characters with very low development priority or those difficult to utilize even in specific situations. These include Kashimira (Fire), Shimyao (Water), Nanoa and Seina (Wind), Laru (Light), Caramil and Krunis (Dark). They have low skill multipliers or many better alternative characters, making them not recommended even for beginners. If your character pool is limited, Koaku, Aya, Teresa, Kanache, Reysen, Big Ring, etc., can be considered as alternatives in specific situations. 🗑️ Not Recommended for Development: Kashimira, Shimyao, Nanoa, Seina, Laru, Caramil, Krunis, etc., have very low utility in the current meta. 🔄 Consider Alternatives: Koaku, Aya, Teresa, etc., can be used restrictively if your character pool is limited or in specific situations. ⚠️ Consider Efficiency: Since there are many other good alternative characters, you should carefully decide development priorities to avoid wasting resources.

The new Aqua Versatile character 'Donna' should primarily focus on utilizing her Support Skill and Ultimate. Her auto-attacks and main skills don't surpass other dealers. Her Support Skill fires 9 arrows with an actual cooldown of about 8 seconds, making it very efficient. Her Ultimate fires an arrow rain that remains on the field for a certain duration. Therefore, the skill upgrade priority should be the Support Skill first, followed by strengthening the Ultimate. 🏹 Focus on Support Skill: Donna's core is her Support Skill, which fires 9 arrows. ⬆️ Upgrade Priority: Prioritize the Support Skill first, then strengthen the Ultimate. 🎯 Efficient Cooldown: The Support Skill has a short actual cooldown, allowing for frequent use.

To maximize 'Donna's' performance, selecting appropriate Emblem stats and core Potentials is crucial. For Level 70 Emblems, prioritize Aqua Penetration and Critical Rate, and secure Elemental Damage and Skill Damage as sub-stats. For Level 80 Emblems, consider Penetration, Support Skill +2 or +3, and Critical Rate as main stats. The core Potentials are 'Frostbitten Arrow' (increases Aqua damage taken by target) and 'Water Ripple' (increases attack power of Aqua squad allies), and it's recommended to aim for Level 8-9 for these. 💎 Emblem Stats: Prioritize securing Aqua Penetration and Critical Rate. ✨ Core Potentials: Focus on strengthening 'Frostbitten Arrow' and 'Water Ripple' to maximize Aqua damage increase and ally attack buffs. 🌊 Sub Potentials: 'Arrow Pursuit', 'Deadshot', 'Messenger's Arrow', etc., can be considered optionally.

'Donna' can create synergy by playing a support role in various team compositions. The first is a team where Chitose is the main dealer, with Donna replacing Pia to strengthen the team. The second is a combination where Nazuna is the main and Freya is the core dealer; this is the strongest team including Donna, but the build difficulty is high due to the challenge of acquiring all potentials for multiple dealers. The third is a team where Teresa is the main dealer; while it might feel weaker than the previous two teams, it still shows good performance. Donna primarily focuses on providing Aqua damage increase and ally attack buffs through her 'Frostbitten Arrow' and 'Water Ripple' potentials. 🤝 Chitose Team: Donna replaces Pia to strengthen a Chitose-centric Aqua team. 🚀 Nazuna-Freya Team: The strongest combination, but building all potentials for multiple dealers simultaneously makes it high difficulty. 🧩 Teresa-Freya Team: Requires building two dealers simultaneously, but still a balanced team showing good performance.
