Do not use 'Nami's' and 'Jinbe's' skills; instead, utilize the specific character's skill and VS effect, along with 'Blackbeard & Yamato's' skill, to quickly clear stages. Notably, the specific character and 'Hiyori' alone can provide sufficient firepower, ignoring defense-increasing gimmicks and dealing over 1 billion damage with just the specific character's tap attacks.

For Ambush Battle at loop level 1142, use a specific character as Captain, 'Nasu' as Friend Captain, and place 'Jinbe', 'Hiyori', 'Blackbeard & Yamato', and 'Nami' as crewmates. Activate 'Jinbe's' skill for Orb Boost and Attack Boost, and the specific character's skill for Attack Boost and Target Lock. 'Hiyori's' skill reduces damage taken. In the Boss Battle, use 'Nami', 'Nasu', and 'Blackbeard's' skills in sequence, then finish with the specific character.
