· They uphold absolute obedience to the hierarchy and utmost respect for superiors as core values.
· The Thumb organization's hierarchy consists of 5 tiers, with each tier having unique roles and authorities.

Soldato	· Serves as the Thumb's army, comparable in strength to a regular Fixer. · Has 4 sub-tiers: Primo, Secondo, Terzo, and Quarto (1st-4th rank), indicated by the number of arrows on their uniform collar pins and badges.
Capo	· Means 'Boss' in Italian, primarily commanding the Soldato. · Possesses strength equivalent to a Grade 1 Fixer, and like the Soldato, has 4 sub-tiers. · Key Figures: Lehang, Dennis, Katriel, Boris, Isabel.
Consigliere	· Means 'Advisor', and appears to be responsible for deciding who works where within the Thumb. · Mentioned by Valentina, and multiple advisors exist, such as the Central Consigliere.
Sottocapo	· Means 'Underboss', and has the authority to direct operations and oversee families under the Thumb. · Possesses powerful strength comparable to a Wing's Board Member. · Key Figures: Valentina, Ko.
Capo di Capi	· Means 'Boss of Bosses', or Godfather, the highest tier in the Thumb organization. · It is currently uncertain whether this tier consists of one person or multiple, and little information is known.

· The Thumb organization's rules primarily revolve around its hierarchy, with brutal punishments for violations.
· Lying to a superior can result in losing one's tongue, and refusing punishment leads to even worse consequences.
· Opposing a superior's command can lead to decapitation, and even the entire affiliated organization being annihilated.
· These punishments also apply to individuals outside the Thumb organization; non-members must still abide by the Thumb's rules.
· Thumb members consider the hierarchies of other factions when acting, which is why they study and learn the hierarchies of other organizations to avoid punishment.

· The Thumb organization's armaments and appearance are presumed to vary depending on the district of the City they operate in.
· Thumb members in the Eastern District wear red coats with gold decorations and black suits, along with hats of the same color as their coats.
· Appearance may vary by tier; Lehang wears a deeper red-pink suit and an elaborate coat.
· Weapons primarily consist of firearms, with the most common being bayonet-equipped rifles.
· Due to the high cost of firearm use within the City, various types of ammunition are instructed to be used only when necessary.
· Rifle stocks are made from the strongest wood in the City, capable of inflicting significant damage, and bayonets are utilized like swords.

· Night Owls: Attempted to expand their influence in the ruins of Old Elf, but their leader, who questioned orders, was executed, leading to their purge.

· Lumin No Cartel: Incurred the Thumb's suspicion by not attending the Thumb summit, citing reconstruction efforts after the Black Silence.
· The Thumb's main activity is to exert strong control over the territories they operate.
· They also attempt to seize larger and more important areas within the City and carry out other notable operations.

· Smoke War: In the past, they fought against Old G Corp and Old L Corp, with Thumb members like Valentina emerging as war heroes.
· Valentina became a Capo for her outstanding achievements in the Smoke War but was demoted to 'Father of Thumb Nurses' to raise Ryoshu as a 'Perfect Blade'.
· During this period, the Thumb attempted to create other humans with abilities similar to Ryoshu's.
· After the Fall of L Corp: The Thumb, along with the Kurokumo Clan, attempted to seize the Nest of the fallen district.
· Library of Ruina Incident: Stoacapallo and the Capos (Krill, Boris, Dennis) attacked the Library to obtain books from the Reindeer Association but were defeated by the Library, losing both the books and control of the Nest.
· Distortion Detective Story: Capo Isabel rescued Moses, Ezra, and Vespa, who in return supplied ammunition to the Thumb. Moses obtained information about Distortions from the Thumb but betrayed Isabel under orders from Zwei Association Fixer Edgar, defeating her.
· Limbus Company Incident:
· Chapter 8 (HC Corp): Lehang and the Thumb attempted to seize Hong Yuan. They failed to prevent Di'ain's ascension, and Lehang died at the hands of Konglu.
· Chapter 9: Valentina and her disciple Lucio kidnapped Charon to distract Vergilius during the Limbus Company HQ raid. After fighting LCB, they also fought Vergilius, and after acquiring the Golden Bough from the Limbus Company HQ, they returned Vergilius's cat and departed.
· Attack on the Spider's Den: Gregor, Rodion, Heathcliff, and Vergilius confronted Valentina and Lucio again. Vergilius fought Valentina, and the Sinners fought the injured Lucio. The battle merged chaotically, and Lucio died when his heart was pierced by Gregor's mutated arm.
· Realizing Lucio's death, Valentina attacked Gregor in a rage, mocking his existence and life. However, she was ultimately caught by the beast's massive claws.
