Nobara Kugisaki	Her active role in fighting Mahito's clone and landing a hit makes her highly likely for new implementation. The currently implemented Nobara was released over 1.5 years ago, so a new version is anticipated.
Kenjaku	His name hasn't been clearly revealed in the anime yet, so he might be implemented under the name Suguru Geto or Noritoshi Kamo. In-game, he's listed as 'Suguru Geto' among strong enemies.
Yuki Tsukumo	Since her Cursed Technique hasn't been largely shown in the anime, there's a possibility she might skip the Shibuya Incident and appear as a playable character in the Culling Game.
