2. 🦖 Acrocanthosaurus Taming Guide
· The Acrocanthosaurus is one of the most difficult creatures to tame in the game.
· Key items needed for taming include:
· Torpor Items: Biotoxin (most efficient), Tranquilizer Darts, or Tranquilizer Grenades (choose one)
· Weapons: Powerful damage-dealing weapons like a Pump-Action Shotgun or Sniper Rifle
· Armor: Appropriate armor and Medical Brews
· Mount: Using a mount that is easy to get on and off and allows you to shoot, like a Pyromane, will make taming much easier.
· Taming Process:
· Find the strongest Acro and first clear out other creatures nearby to minimize interference.
· Place your torpor item in the last slot, then get on your mount and aggro the Acro.
· After dealing a certain amount of damage to the Acro, it will roar. You should only approach when it performs a head-down roar. A head-up roar is dangerous.
· When its head is down, quickly dismount and throw the torpor item (Biotoxin) into the Acro's mouth. This process must be done quickly, within a few seconds.
· After throwing the item, immediately flee to avoid the Acro's attacks.
· Repeat this process to knock out the Acro.
· Food after Knockout: Feed it Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat, Raw Mutton, or Superior Kibble.
· On official servers, approximately 20 Superior Kibble, 35 Raw Mutton, or 44 Raw Prime Meat are needed, and taming can take 1-2 hours.
· Torpor drops quickly, so be sure to bring plenty of extra tranquilizers.
· Successfully taming it grants you a new Dossier and allows for breeding and imprinting bonuses.

However, against high-level alpha creatures like the Rex, stronger health and melee attack stats are needed.
