3. 🏞️ Cave System Changes: PvP Environment Overhaul
· The April 27th update includes significant changes to the cave system, particularly impacting PvP gameplay. Cave entrances in the 'Lost Colony' region will be drastically reduced in size.
· This change is a response to player feedback, with previously wide cave entrances becoming very narrow, making it difficult for creatures above a certain size to pass through. For example, the entrance to the 'Ruins of the Ascended' cave has been narrowed to a tight gap.
· The Stegosaurus can be used as a benchmark to determine passage, and it's expected that even a Stegosaurus will struggle to pass through most cave entrances.
· For PvP servers, all structures built inside caves will be destroyed upon the update's release, so they must be relocated by April 27th. This will also apply to unofficial servers with cave building enabled.
· On PvE servers, only the cave entrance designs will change, and existing structures will not be affected. It is yet to be announced whether similar changes will be applied to other maps.
