3. ⭐ A Tier: Artifacts That Show Strong Performance Depending on the Situation
· Giant's Belt: Used to be common with the 'Golden Dragon' Augment, but it's now gone. It works well with Mech comps, but its performance is lacking on its own.
· Runaan's Hurricane: Useful for dealers with short attack ranges and reliant on basic attacks, like Master Yi. However, it doesn't offer much benefit to other AP dealers.
· Locket of the Iron Solari: Pairs well with the Vanguard synergy and performs very well on Nunu.
· Rabadon's Deathcap: The best item for Fizz. It can be considered for Riven, but it might be awkward due to Riven's fixed 3-cost item.
· Ludens Storm: Almost a dedicated item for Twisted Fate. It can be given to AP dealers like Karma or Viktor, but its performance might be lower than other completed items.
