· The Brain of Cthulhu offers similar value to the Eater of Worlds, greatly aiding early-game progression.
· Queen Bee drops the powerful Bee's Knees weapon and Honeycomb, necessary for crafting Bee armor. While Bee armor itself is mediocre, Bee's Knees is very useful against the Wall of Flesh.

· Deerclops drops various items like the Bone Helm, Umbrella, and Antlers, but most are impractical. The I-BONE is somewhat useful as a portable piggy bank, and the Houndiius is a decent sentry.
· Skeletron provides materials for Dungeon gear, but its direct drops are disappointing. The Book of Skulls is a terrible magic weapon, and the Bone Glove is considered the worst accessory in Expert Mode. The Skeletal Hook is a mediocre grappling hook, and the Chipper's Sofa offers little value.

· The Wall of Flesh drops the Demon Heart, class-specific Emblems, and powerful weapons for each class. The Demon Heart is especially one of the best items in Expert Mode, and the Emblems can be upgraded for late-game use. In Master Mode, you can get the Goat Skull, one of the best mounts.
· Queen Slime drops many items very useful for early Hardmode progression. The Gelatinous Pillion mount is an upgrade to the Slime Saddle, and the Horseless Horseman's Scythe offers instant teleportation. The Blade Staff is a powerful summon weapon usable from early Hardmode to endgame. Additionally, the Crystal Assassin armor set provides useful buffs for all classes.

· The Twins drop Hallowed Bars and Sight's Soul. With Sight's Soul, you can craft the Magic Harp, Optic Staff, and Rainbow Rod. The Rainbow Rod, in particular, boasts powerful homing capabilities and damage.
· The Destroyer drops Power's Soul and Hallowed Bars. With Power's Soul, you can craft the Megashark and Light Disc. The Megashark is powerful, but collecting the Shark Fins can be tedious.

· Skeletron Prime drops Dread's Soul and Hallowed Bars. With Dread's Soul, you can craft the Flamethrower and Presents. Presents are particularly valuable as they summon the Frost Moon, one of Terraria's best events.
· Plantera drops the powerful Venom Magnum and Temple Key. Venom Magnum is Plantera's most valuable drop, and the Temple Key is essential for progression. However, Plantera's other drops are generally mediocre.

· Golem drops the Picksaw, one of the best pickaxes in the game, along with powerful weapons like the Stynger, Heat Ray, and Daybreak. You also get Beetle Husks for crafting Beetle armor. Golem's most notable drops are the Golem's Eye and Shiny Stone, though these have limited utility. Despite this, Golem offers generally excellent drops.

· Duke Fishron drops the Shrimp Truffle, one of the best mounts, along with powerful magic weapons like the Bubble Gun and Laser Machinegun, and one of the best bows, the Tsunami. You can also get the Fishron Wings, among the best wings available. The only disappointing drop is the Tempest Staff.
· The Empress of Light, needless to say, offers the best drops. Her wings and the Soaring Insignia are particularly essential for late-game progression.

· The Lunatic Cultist drops a single, highly valuable item: the Ancient Manipulator. This is essential for crafting all late-game Terraria gear.
· Despite being the game's final boss, the Moon Lord's drops aren't particularly valuable as players have almost completed the game by then. Therefore, the Moon Lord's drops are considered mediocre.
