· She has a maximum magazine capacity of 6, a reload time of 2 seconds, and a charge time of 1 second. Full charge deals 250% of attack power as damage.
· While her specs are average for a Rocket Launcher, her usability is high because she can continuously attack without needing to hold the attack button, similar to Shidou.
· Her gauge charge speed is among the top tier at an average of 60 seconds, but it's not particularly fast for a Rocket Launcher.

· Skill 2: Upon starting combat, instantly charges the Power gauge to 100, enabling a definite increase in firepower upon the first Burst Skill activation. Additionally, while in the Power Charge state, normal attacks charge an additional 2 Power gauge, and upon state end, an additional 45 is charged. She has a cycle where 2 is charged during the Burst Skill activation turn and 45 is charged after it ends. If the Power gauge is at maximum upon Burst completion, her Burst gauge recovery increases by 5% each time, allowing Neon to quickly build up her gauge.
· She grants herself an attack power buff of up to 80%, and in the Overkill state, an additional 35% attack power increase is applied, allowing her to receive over 100% buff during the Burst Skill activation turn.

· As a Burst 3 attacker, when compared to the Counter's lineup and other Burst 3 attackers, she shows firepower equal to or exceeding that of Rapunzel.
· Especially when Anis's powerful buffs are applied to Neon, her firepower significantly increases, and her single-target firepower is expected to be similar to Snow White's.
