Aion 2 Assassin PVE Skill Build Perfect GuideAttention, Aion 2 Assassin users! We'll provide a detailed guide on setting up active, passive, and stigma skills to maximize your PVE damage. If you're wondering which skill specializations to choose, this video is your answer.
Aion 2 Assassin PVE Skill Build Perfect Guide
1. ⚔️ Recommended Core Active Skill Specializations
· Quick Back (Quick Back): Prioritize this due to its high life steal efficiency. We recommend using specializations 2, 4, and 5. If you don't need as much life steal, you can increase your damage ceiling with specializations 3, 4, and 5.
· Heart Stab: The most balanced setup is specializations 1 and 5 (life steal and cooldown reset for multi-hit). If your critical hit rate is low, consider specializations 3, 4, and 5. Specialization 3 increases critical hit chance the fewer targets you hit, but its efficiency decreases if your critical hit rate is already high.
· Oath Seal, Rune Explosion: For PVE, we recommend using fixed specializations 2, 3, 4 for Oath Seal and 2, 3, 5 for Rune Explosion, respectively.
· Ambush: Rated as 2.5 priority. We recommend specializations 2 and 5 (life steal and consecutive casting). Once you reach level 20, you can also use specializations 2, 4, and 5.
· Stealth Attack: We recommend at least level 8. At level 8, use specialization 2 (40% critical damage amplification on hit). At level 16, we recommend using specializations 2 and 5.
· Whirlwind Slash: Specialization 1 (50% multi-hit increase) is fixed. Choosing between specialization 2 (area damage) or 3 (16m range increase) depends on your preference. The range increase specialization can be useful for dodging boss patterns and improving mobility. Once you reach level 20, consider adding specialization 5 to either 1, 2 or 1, 3.
· Storm Blade: We recommend specializations 4, 5 or 1, 5. If there are no ground effects or sustained damage debuffs, specializations 4, 5 are more efficient.
· Infiltration: We recommend fixed specializations 1 and 2 (action point recovery and range increase).
· Holy Sword Slash: Use specializations 2 and 4 (range increase and consecutive casting).
· Shadow Fall: If you have leftover skill points or only invest up to level 8, you can use specialization 1 (10% life steal) like a potion.
· Shock Enhancement: Choose between specializations 1, 3 or 2, 3 based on your preference.

2. 🌟 Top-Tier Passive Skill Analysis
· Tier 1 Passives:
     - Backstab: Although the back attack damage amplification is now split into PVE damage amplification and back attack damage amplification, lowering the ceiling but raising the floor, it's still the passive with the highest priority for investment.
     - Exploit Opening: An attack power percentage increase effect has been added, moving it up to the first passive. If your current skill level is low, we recommend prioritizing investment in Exploit Opening. (e.g., If you have skills around level 15, prioritize investing in Exploit Opening to level 20)
     - Assault Stance: Invest in this after Exploit Opening, or if you've already invested in Assault Stance, consider maintaining it based on your attack power boost. Depending on your character's attack power boost, the efficiency can vary greatly when Exploit Opening is activated. (e.g., With 4 accessory breakthroughs, attack power boost is 99.7% → activating Exploit Opening increases it to 116.2% → using Phantom Clone further increases it to 124.45%)
· Tier 2, 3 Passives:
     - Shock Hit: Prioritize investing in this due to its empowered hit effect. Among Tiers 1, 2, and 3, we recommend specialization 1.
     - Surprise Stance: This has been changed to grant the Surprise Stance effect for a certain duration when using charge and movement skills. Although it has a 1-second cast time, its total damage contribution is higher than Resolve. Consider investing if you have leftover skill points.
     - Resolve: Invest in this after Surprise Stance.

3. 🛡️ Survival and Other Passive Skills
· Survival-related Passives:
     - Contract of Revival: While sometimes classified for PVP, it can be somewhat useful as it instantly restores 53% of your maximum HP when below 10% HP, helping to prevent instant death.
     - Six Senses Amplification: A simple HP increase effect. It's better to invest in this before Contract of Revival.
· Trash and Absolute Trash Passives:
     - Defense Rupture (Trash): Applies defense reduction to targets in a Grogginess or Shock state. However, the defense reduction efficiency in Aion 2 is low, and Grogginess occurs infrequently, making its investment priority low. You can consider it if you have spare skill points.
     - Choke (Absolute Trash): This skill has almost no impact on DPS, so you don't need to worry about it. It doesn't matter if it's level 1 or 10.

4. ✨ Core Stigma Setup Guide
· Buff-type Stigma (Recommended Priority Investment):
     - Phantom Clone: This is the core skill that most significantly impacts Assassin's damage. The clones perform the same attacks as the main body, and even if the main body's critical hit fails, the clone's critical hit can reset Heart Stab's cooldown. You must prioritize investing in this.
     - Swift Contract: A buff-type stigma. It's recommended to prioritize investing in this along with Phantom Clone up to level 10.
     - Claw of the Beast: While not a buff itself, it provides a buff effect upon use, so it's included in the buff category. Prioritize investing in it together.
· Additional Stigmas:
     - Treniel's Dagger: Recommended to invest up to level 10.
     - Evasion Stance: Recommended to invest up to level 5.
     - Shadow Throw: An essential skill for hunting multiple enemies in the field and Abyss. We recommend investing up to level 10 for completing Command and Mission quests.
· Stigma Leveling Priority:
     1. Phantom Clone, Swift Contract, Claw of the Beast (Level 10+)
     2. Treniel's Dagger (Level 10)
     3. Evasion Stance (Level 5)
     4. Shadow Throw (Level 10)
· Note: If the levels of Phantom Clone, Swift Contract, etc., are awkwardly high, it might be more efficient to lower them to level 10 and increase the levels of Evasion Stance or Treniel's Dagger.
