Nexon Games' Blue Archive officially launched in China on the 3rd.

Blue Archive recorded 4.25 million pre-registrations in China, and topped the popular game charts on major Chinese app market platforms such as TapTap and Bilibili upon the start of pre-downloading on the 2nd.

A pilot test in China was conducted in June prior to the official launch, and at that time, it also achieved the top spot in popular game rankings in major markets, receiving great attention from Chinese users.

The Chinese service of Blue Archive is managed by Shanghai Roaming Star, a subsidiary of Yostar, which is known for a number of subculture games in Korea. The game supports both Android and iOS versions.

To commemorate the Chinese release, various promotions are also being held locally. The game was showcased at Bilibili World, a large-scale offline secondary creation festival, before its release, and an official merchandise store also opened on the release date.

A new promotional video (PV) was also released via Weibo. The new PV depicts the daily lives of various characters such as Shiroko, Hifumi, and Hina, and is full of Blue Archive's unique refreshing and bouncy feel.

Kim Yong-ha, General PD, said, "I would like to express my gratitude to all the Chinese Senseis who have waited for Blue Archive," and added, "All members of MX Studio will do their best to ensure that it can be loved by Senseis for a long time."

Meanwhile, Blue Archive was launched in Japan in February 2021, followed by global regions such as Korea and North America in November of the same year. Since then, it has gained great popularity with its charming characters, solid story, and various events and happenings.
