1. 🎮 Competitive Experience & Rank System Improvement Direction
· The development team plans to improve the matchmaking system so that ranks more clearly reflect skill and the process of achieving ranks feels fair.
· Although match quality has improved with the January MMR system update, we have adjusted the RR calculation method to ensure in-game efforts are fully reflected in ranks, incorporating feedback on rank differences and RR gains/losses.
· You will gain more RR for outstanding performance and lose more for poor performance, leading to a balanced score change based on wins and losses in the long run.
· The development team's main focus this year is matchmaking and rank fairness, and we will continue to improve these aspects.

2. 👑 Changes and Rewards for Immortal & Radiant Rankers
· Reflecting feedback from players in Immortal and above, we will ensure that reaching the Radiant leaderboard is not just about playing many games, but the pinnacle of competitive proof of skill.
· We will focus on preventing cheating and match-fixing to ensure fairness for top-tier players, and take strong action against malicious players through periodic sanctions.
· In the long term, we are preparing improvements to make achieving Radiant each Act more valuable, and special rewards for top-tier players are also being prepared.

3. 🎁 Rank Reward System Changes Starting in 2027
· With the 2026 V26 Act III and Act VI rank weapon skins being the last of their kind, weapon skins will no longer be provided as major rank rewards.
· Starting in 2027, new rewards will be given on the first day of the season, and they will be special items that evolve based on your rank climbing journey throughout the year.
· More details about the new rank rewards will be shared in September, and we will improve the system so that all players feel their efforts and growth are recognized.

4. 🕹️ New Game Mode & Existing Mode Improvement Plans
· Due to high player interest, Deathmatch and Custom Game modes have been added to the queue, and we've added new fun to Deathmatch through experimental rank modes.
· We plan to continuously refine and improve other modes such as Escalation and Spike Rush, and are developing a new mode that combines Replication and Spike Rush.
· We will be introducing a new Spike mode with shortened rounds and smaller team sizes at the start of Act IV in a few weeks, and have a surprise announcement planned for Act V.

5. ⚖️ Valorant Balance Overview & Agent Adjustments
· The goal of all changes is to support the multi-layered decision-making of players, support diverse team compositions and strategies, while maintaining a solid combat system.
· The cooldown for Initiator agents' unique abilities will be reduced from 60 seconds to 50 seconds, and the Bandit will be buffed to be a viable option outside of pistol rounds.
· Adjustments have been completed for some agents such as Yoru, Clove, and Weave Ray, and we are focusing on preserving the unique identity of each agent to improve agent pick diversity.

6. ⚡ Neon, Shotgun, and Sentinel Balance Adjustment Details
· Neon's mobility and evasion capabilities will be adjusted to prevent them from having an excessive impact on the combat area, providing opponents with additional opportunities to respond.
· The power of shotguns while moving and jumping will be reduced, making it more difficult to eliminate enemies in this manner going forward.
· Sentinels will have the importance of their delay abilities strengthened to be a definitive answer against fast and explosive team compositions, and Vesper's ability to reposition and hold sites using his interceptor will be enhanced.

7. 🎬 Replay Feature Introduction & Future Development News
· A feature allowing players to download and watch replays through match history on a friend's profile will be introduced in patch 12.10.
