· This video covers the updated RTA tier list after my vacation. We'll analyze it focusing on new heroes released since the last video and balance patch changes.
· 'Vivian', whom we predicted to be S+ tier in the previous video, has proven to be much stronger than expected and has reached Tier Zero. With powerful defensive mechanics like high HP, auto-cleanse, and 40% damage reduction, coupled with significant damage output, she shows very stable performance with no clear counters other than Seal. She can be used offensively or played slowly to wait for the opponent's immunity and then apply debuffs.
· The new hero 'Salome' shows performance close to S+ tier or Tier Zero. Her ability to copy the opponent's key dealer or healer is extremely powerful, and the strategy of copying 'Yufine's S3 skill to gain extra turns is devastating. However, she is vulnerable to AoE attacks, lacks survival mechanics, and has unfavorable matchups against certain heroes like 'Aruka'. Her win rate tends to be low due to high play difficulty, but she possesses immense potential for skilled players.

· 'Arabian Knight (Arby)' has been significantly buffed in the balance patch. With up to 90% evasion that cannot be sealed, and the ability to reflect opponent's debuffs, he has transformed into a very tricky dealer. He is strong against AoE attacks and offers high flexibility with both offensive and slow tank builds. However, he shows weaknesses against tanks like 'Frey', 'Celine', or specific team compositions. He is definitely S tier and could even be considered S+ tier depending on the situation.
· 'Pirate Flan' has increased utility with her new Equipment Enhancement (EE) allowing for double debuff removal. However, her effectiveness is limited against 'Nodos' as she lacks a pushback ability and is vulnerable to RNG. She is still expected to be strong in AoE compositions.
· 'Kabel' is also expected to show strong performance with his Equipment Enhancement (EE). Especially with his existing Obliteration ability, he boasts nuke-level damage, leading to criticism that it doesn't align with the balance adjustment goals for Obliteration heroes.

· The new hero 'Avana' is evaluated as a hero specialized for specific situations. She only takes effect against enemies with the 'Immortality' buff, and has the disadvantage of being difficult to utilize effectively against AoE attacks like 'Skillz'. While her low speed and specialized performance limit her versatility, she can be a strong counter to heroes with 'Immortality' like 'Dian'. She is currently rated S tier, but her usability might be limited.
· 'Celine' has been re-evaluated to S tier with the enhancement of her S3 skill. Her synergy with 'Salome' shows immense destructive power, and the strategy of using her with 'Aruka' to neutralize the opponent's key dealer is effective.
· 'Aruka' has also climbed to S tier with the 'Photographer Thief' equipment. She has become an essential pick to counter various meta heroes.
· 'Rimuru Cat' has been re-evaluated from S tier to Tier Zero. Even without her S3 and S1 skills, her S2 skill alone is powerful enough, and she plays a crucial role in the current meta for '3-dealer' compositions.
· 'Estelle' is a powerful new hero rated S+ tier. Her counter-attack mechanic, which requires high damage, allows for counter-play by some heroes, but overall she possesses excellent performance and team protection capabilities. While vulnerable to 'Luna' and 'Dian', she is very effective against 'Frey', 'Nodos', etc.

· 'Dian' has been adjusted to S+ tier due to a lower priority compared to before with the emergence of 'Avana'. However, she remains a core member of powerful AoE compositions and poses a threat even as a late pick.
· 'Luna' and 'Dian' show vulnerability to 'Estelle'.
