The Finals' 2nd Global CBT to be held on the 14th
Nexon (CEO Lee Jung-hun) announced that the global beta test for 'THE FINALS', a new team-based FPS game developed by its subsidiary Embark Studios (CEO Patrick Söderlund), will be held from the 14th.
'THE FINALS' is a first-person team-based shooter game for PC and console platforms that aims for dynamics and strategy never before experienced, and offers fast-paced shooting action in destructible and ever-changing battlefields.
The second global beta test will be conducted on PC via Steam for 8 days from the 14th to the 21st, and users who participated in the first test can play without a separate application, and new users can pre-apply on 'THE FINALS' Steam store page to participate in the test.
Based on user feedback from the previous first test, we provide a more pleasant test environment by optimizing, improving character movement, and adding an illegal program blocking system. You can play three types of characters: 'Light Build', 'Medium Build', and 'Heavy Build', and one new weapon and character skin that can be used for each build have been added. We are also introducing 'Quick Cash Mode', where nine people can be divided into three teams and enjoy the game without any burden.
Nexon will be holding a Twitch 'Drops' event during the second global beta test period. If you watch a broadcast with Drops enabled in 'THE FINALS' category, you will receive various rewards such as 'weapon skins', 'weapon accessories', and 'character t-shirts' depending on your viewing time.
